Nov 4 is finally here!

To say tomorrow history will be made is an understatement. It however is not in the way you think.

Could it be that Barack Obama is Huey Long reincarnated? A chicken in every pot. Never has this country partaken of the Markist idealogy than it will should Barack Obama be elected as the 44th President tomorrow. Wake up America ... take your country back! We have allowed the lunatics to take over the asylum. In our apathy, we have allowed stupidity to regein. We allow OUR elected officials to subjugate themselves to parties rather than the people who put them into office.

We have watched as the media has decided not to relay information on candidates in order to influence the elections. In turn they have released hogwash (knowing that it was), in order to turn voters from other candidates. If a repudation is made later, it shows up in the hidden caches of printdom, somewhere between Aunt May's Miracle Constipation Formula Ad's and Carpet's R Us will clean any house for a Buck-forty.

Politics is a thinking man's game. A true American should be able to see through the spin and research on their own. People vote without knowing what they are voting for! Ask someone why they are voting, is it a credible decision? If they vote on economics, do they truly understand theory or just the pocket book?

Am I voting for John McCain and Sarah Palin? Yes. Why? It is not because Obama is a Democrat and not because he is black (Oh my God! someone finally said it!) It is because he hasn't a clue. About what? Where do I start. Joe Biden? You think he is an embarrasement now, just wait.

Mary Landrieu? Been there long enough and has never supported the overall interests of the people of Louisiana just the interests of Mary Landrieu. John Kennedy? Yes, fiscal conservative. Even his own party kept asking "Why are you a Democrat?". I voted for him when he was a Democrat so why not now?

Nough said.

Goins got contracts voted on by Lawson? That is the only grounds for unethical conduct here, not due to Goins and Lawson both being elected.

Anonymous said...

The Goins contract is not quite as interesting as Kelvin Sander's contract(s), etc. That's the guy that needs "redirection".

Anonymous said...

Myron Lawson is above the law. You can't stop him. Ask him.

In a rather unremarkable development, Greg Aymond has reacted to Lamar White's decision to remove Greg's link from his web page because of the (former" KKKer's} totally tasteless racial attack and insult on the Peabody graduating class, by declaring that Greg no longer want's to be Lamar's pal.

"YOU CAN'T FIRE ME - I QUIT!"

Anonymous said...

I THINK YOU HAVE IT BACKWARDS. I THINK LAMAR NO LONGER WANTS TO BE GREG'S "MOLE" INSIDE THE ADMINISTRATION NOR BE GREGG'S "BUDDY". WE ALL SHOULD HAVE A BUDDY.

Anonymous said...

Lamar's soul is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mayor Roy. I promise that Lamar didn't feed Greg anything that Jacques didn't authorize.

Anonymous said...

I wish Lamar and Greg would stay on their blogs. I hate their yayaning. No one is interested in their pissing contest.

Anonymous said...

Not so. Many of us are interested in this dynamic duo but can't react on their respective blogs or we will be identified and slammed. Would you want a cross burned in front of your house?

If you don't enjoy it, don't read it.

Lamar thinks he has accomplished some great feat by outing me. Excuse me but do I look like I give a shit. Ass kissing Turds and their hanger owners never have bothered me.

Facts are what counts. A fact such as the Bill of Rights. A fact such as freedom of speech. Once again black face is politically incorrect but Rev Africa from Zion Hill can have a mime group with white faces.

Go figure

Lamar thinks by identifying Saltficher as me he has done something wonderful and revealed secretive information. If the silly shit would have read and understand my postings he (as well as everyone else) could figure that out. However I think, all bullshit aside, it is now Greg 3 Politicians 0

Anonymous said...

As a last posting - as much dragging Greg thru the mud and belitling his abilities that has gone on in these blogs it must be embarrassing for him to have bested Myron Lawson, the City Attorney for Alexandria and for Pineville. If Greg is that bad of a lawyer what does it say about the other three?

Anonymous said...

Geeeeze! Stop it. 2 piles of crap

The city council member, Larvadain, was most disrespectful to our mayor today. He makes me sick! He is so prejudice, loud and uncouth.

Anonymous said...

There is a "For Sale" sign on the old Aiken Optional School property on Masonic Drive across from the Mall. Let's hope those idiots at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital buy the property now rather than continue their attempts to take part of City Park!

This property should meet their expansion needs for many, many years.

Anonymous said...

Nah, they are going to wait and get Masonic Drive!

wonderful, we have a president that doesnt know the difference between Memorial Day and Veteran's Day!

Anonymous said...

Tomorrow there will be a ceremony at The National Cemetery on Shamrock Street in Pineville. (11:00 a.m.) Remember the veteran on Memorial Day.

What a JOKE!!!! Clifford Moller and GAEDA. Do you really think Buffalo Wild Wings would locate in the middle of a crime district? Clifford is embezzling over $100,000.00 salary and all expenses paid. We have a sorry lot leading Alexandria. The mayor is really trying to do good for us, but too many sucking the life out of Alexandria. Lawson is the biggest crook of all. Wake up people.

Anonymous said...

I agree. Hopefully when the election rolls around again, the citizens of Alexandria will take a look At Pineville and how they are doing so well with their Mayor and council members. Wake up you bunch of sleepy heads, start talking and telling the truth and quit sitting with your head in the sand, saying "poor-me". Lets all go to meeting and look at those monkeys. I'll be at the next one, to see BIG Lawson ape and tall lardvadamn, spouting their big mouths.

Unless you want a dictatorial public records show like we had in the recent court opinion with Pineville. Try to come up with someone better. Neither City is open and honest.

Anonymous said...

Have you ever asked for a public record from either City? Maybe if your name is not Greg Aymond and you're not looking for every electronic record since Al Gore created the internet, you will be successful.

Anonymous said...

But the courts ruled in Aymond's favor and against the City of Alexandria and Pineville.

Looks like you need to bone up on the law and get in the swing of things.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for that totaly un-biased post Aymond.

Truth is, by your own admission tubby, you had no real interest in Dupuy's emails. You admitted you were on a fishing trip to embarass the Mayor and his Chief of Staff.

So what that the courts said you had a right to the records, that was not your true quest Aymond and you know it. Your true quest was not legal, but achieving a public relations coup.

In that, you failed Fat Boy.

Last election Pineville's mayor was sent back in office without opposition. From the successes in Pineville, looks like he'll have a repeat in the next year or so.

Face it fatty, you failed again.

Do us all a favor and keep up that diet of Twinkies and cheeseburgers Aymond. Should that disgusting, lard filled body of yours finally succumb to your self-inflicted abuse, an entire community will rejoice.

I would say that if you came out from under your anonymous rock,I would gladly kick your ass. It is people like you that give Louisiana it's deserved third world status and revel in the ignorance of your brethren. Greg is right.

Anonymous said...

Gee Spanky, either you haven't read Aymond's vast record of hate filled diatribes on anything connected with the City of Pineville...or you're just plain stupid!

There are those out there that believe the latter is true.

In short Aymond is a phychopath. He looks at the world through his own special lens of paranoia. He's delusional, irrational, and has a unique ability to take obvious fact and twist it into a tourtured version reality.

Without a doubt Aymond is deficient in every area of human existence. He adds nothing of value by his continued respitory activity. He is of no worth to society.

Should he expire he would not be missed.

lamar and greg, go to hell.

Try this on for size. Gregg beat the light skinned City Attorney, the Judge and the City's hired henchman in my case. You cannot force a municipality to pay a Court settlement so neither he nor I will ever see any money from the appeliate court reversing the Judge.

However, think of this - Greg either knew more about the law than Randow, Chuckie Poo and what ever Lauve's name is or knew how to properly apply it without actering to the city.

Yea he may be overweight and all those other things but by dammed he must be fairly well versed in his trade to have all these gentel members of the judicial reversed.

In my opinion the City's legal section and others will, eventually, be shown up as the illeterat asses they are.

Hi MM

As an addendum even though I have paid for Gregg's services as an Attorney up until this point if he feels he is owed more I will gladly pay him.

Some of us from the 60's who have been there, done that and managed to make it home appreciate the efforts of folks on behalf of this nation of ours. Some of you smart mouth assholes who can't understand the folks from the 60's can go to hell. The United States of America lost over 50,000 of youth (all colors) and screwed the minds up of many others.

If, due to medical problems, Greg needs a helping hand I am there. I'll bet you will never see that light skinned quota hired by Roy helping those that served.

Who is Richard J. Heath you may ask? I found this opinion from the Second Circuit Court of Appeal quite insightful.

http://www.lacoa2.org/Opinions%20PDF/41853ca.pdf

My favorite quote: "Heath offered no resistance, and spent four or five hours in jail until he could post bail. He claimed that this experience was humiliating and aggravated a preexisting
psychiatric condition."

Anonymous said...

And your point is? Extract one small part from an entire appeal of a civil court decision?

The bond part is actually incorrect, I paid/posted nothing. DA's Office, at that time said arrest should never have been made, was never tried, never convicted, run a records check and you will see the charges still pending since 2003 and no action taken.

I have been certified as crazy.

MY GRANDAUGHTER TOLD HER FATHER THAT PAW PAW (ME) IS CRAZY.

I consier that certification.

Now did you mean to embarrass me? How can a person be embarrassed by the Public Record and everyone that knows me is/was aware of thearrest and lawsuit? I was arested, I was jaled and I was released. I have no criminal record Childish games don't upset me they amuse me.

One interesting question I would like to pose to the great legal mind that uncovered this so embarrassing incident in my life is this:

Can a lease holder who has only leased the hunting rights to a piece of property have someone arrested for trespassing or must the property owner effect the arrest? Holder's of hunting leases from lumber companys should ascertain as to the correct procedure to use if a person is thought to be tresspassing.

This question is probably why this "arrest" no further action taken has hung around since 2003. According to the then Winn Parish DA this was an issue to be settled in civil court not criminal and I should not have been arrested. Previous and current Winn DA will work well with my attorney and I to expunge my record. Cost is approximately $1,000.00. Why spend the money on legal fees? Other than being a minor irratent the charge hinders me in no manner.

Is Joe McPhreson still in office?

If so, he has a lot of explaining to do about the Hot Wells property.

Actually, he has a lot of explaining to do period!

Anonymous said...

Yes, Senator McPherson is still in office. My suggestion is that you try calling his office to get answers to your questions.

Anonymous said...

Sure, Joe McPherson is going to tell me all about his little scheme to allow only one individual the right to purchase the Hot Wells property.

Are you that stupid?

Anonymous said...

Not any dumber than you apparently. You're the one posting the question on a blog he probably doesn't read.

btw he's never not answered a question I've asked him yet.

Anonymous said...

Wow! I am astounded at how fast Spanky the Ball-less wonder goes into full retreat when challenged. All mouth.

Anonymous said...

Sorry, guys, but it wasn't "spanky" who posted about Joe McPherson's introducing a law that allowed a sale of public property to only one individual.

I posted that entry.

I guess I am the only one who finds it wrong for such a disregard of the law that requires sale by bid of public property.

Anonymous said...

Newsflash public property gets sold all the time without public bid. This would not be the first time and it certainly won't be the last. I'm not saying it's right, I just know it happens.

Anonymous said...

No, it is not righT! And I think Joe owes us an explanation.

But it is my understanding that he can't run again for his current position so why should he "come clean"?

But I hope the voters will remember this should he ever run for another office.

Anonymous said...

Joe did give an explaination, see his on Aymond's blog.

Anonymous said...

I really don't think Greg Aymond's blog site is an appropriate venue for Joe McPherson's explanation regarding the Hot Wells property.

How many people follow Aymond's blog?

Rather, I feel McPherson owes us all an explanation in a widely followed venue, such as the Town Talk or on KALB-TV.

Anonymous said...

Might be Greg Aymond was the only one concerned enough to ask Joe. Maybe the Clown Talk and KALB care less. Maybe you care less because it seems you keep posting about the issue but, seemingly, havn't contacted Joe. Be mature and call Joe and ask yourself.

Anonymous said...

You viewed the interview from Aymond's blog. Me too. Must be a good choice.

Anonymous said...

You are right. I haven't called Joe McPherson to ask for an explantion about the behind-the scene dealings regarding the Hot Wells property.

Do you actually think Joe McPherson is going to give me an truthful explanation just because I call him?

If he would be so willing to explain, wouldn't it be much wiser for him to explain his actions to a larger audience, rather than just one individual?

And I notice you refer th him as "Joe"! I can only guess you are in his circle of friends, supporters, etc. I am not and don't care to be.

Obviously you are a complete dumbass. The Senator lives in Woodworth; therefore, he cannot run for mayor of Alexandria.

Since you claim you're not a supporter of his and you claim Aymond's blog is not a good enough place for an explanation, please explain what exactly your problem is? That is other than the fact you're just a complete idiot.

Anonymous said...

I am the person who claimed that Greg Aymond's blog was not really an appropriate venue for Joe McPherson's explanantion concerning the Hot Wells property.

Another person wrote that if Joe McPherson ran for the position of mayor of Alexandria, that person would not vote for him.

So maybe you are the idiot here, thinking that there is only one person who doesn't like/trust Joe McPherson. There may be quiet a few of us.

And what is to prevent Joe McPherson from moving to Alexandria and running for mayor at some future point in time?

Anonymous said...

The Town Talk said that Joe McPherson DID NOTHING WRONG. End of story you conspiracy nut.

Anonymous said...

one question - why would joe have to move to Alexandria? Hasn't the Supreme Court decided a person lives whee he says he lives. All Joe has has to do is say he lives at an address in Alexandria - see the last eletion for city councilman.

some people can be so fucking stupid.

The City Charter - you know that bible the Mayor keeps thumping - states to run for Mayor you must have actually resided within the city limits two years immediately preceding the date of the general election. Somehow, I don't see the Senator moving within the city limits before the election, nor do I see Alexandria taking over the municipal limits of Woodworth.

Rumor has it that Bill Nichols has been seen recently gambling at the casino in Marksville.

So, you close your business, you declare bankruptcy, go to a casino to gamble, then when you get arrested for fraud, you get free legal counsel!

I think if he can afford to gamble, he should have to pay for his own lawyer.

Anonymous said...

thank you so much for that information. that's really what is needed to shed some light and justice on this matter -

some rumor from an anonymous turd

Anonymous said...

You know, every time someone posts on this site, some jackass like the previous poster has to start throwing shit!

Why is his opinion more valid than anyone else's? Is he the the great guru who knows all truths?

I too heard that Mr. Nichols has been gambling at the casino. The poster who initally wrote about this has a very valid point. Why should Mr. Nichols enjoy a free ride through the court if he can afford to gamble?

Anonymous said...

Maybe he has gambled away all of his money and is entitled to a court appointed one now? Or are you so un-American to belive that anyone who cannot pass the financial forms that must be filled out deserves a lawyer?

Anonymous said...

No, I am not so un-American!

The guy knew that he was soon facing charges and would need legal assistance. So what does he do? Gambles!

No, I am not un-American, I am just tired of parasites such as Mr. Nichols expecting everyone else to bail them out of their self-induced peccadillos!

Anonymous said...

If you belive that a man, who fills out papers showing that he truly can't afford to hire his own attorney, should he not be given one, then you are un-American.

Anonymous said...

the operative word is "rumor". you are prepared to condemn someone without reliable information. even pres. obama understood that error.

all of a sudden i feel like i might have insulted turds.

Anonymous said...

And why should I believe Mr. Nichols is truly without funds? Just because he signed some paper work? Isn't that what got him in trouble in the first place? Signing fraudulent documents?

He is charged with fraud! Wouldn't that indicate he is something of a liar?

You must be a lawyer! No one is ever guilty of anything in your warped view of society!

Anonymous said...

No but you un-American dumbass, the papers he has to sign are checked over, and even the guilty have had a right to a court appointed attorney since the ealy 1960's.

Anonymous said...

amazing that the point still escapes you. you are obviously feeble of mind. "rumor" is not a basis to draw conclusions about anything, yet you willingly condemn someone based on "rumor".

i am not defending mr. nichols, only pointing out that you have no idea what the facts are, yet you run your mouth. being a moron is a bad thing.

and i'm way to intelligent and reasonable to be a lawyer . . .

Anonymous said...

I can tell by "to" instead of "too".

Anonymous said...

Amen, amen, amen!

If I had made the to/too error, the poster who keeps calling me a moron would have gone ballistic! At least this time he didn't use some of his "potty-mouth" language such as "turd".

Regarding my use of the term "rumor", perhaps some further information is required. The person who told me he had seen Mr. Nichols gambling is a very reliable person.

And so, at rhe risk of being again called some vile anal-related term by some person who tries to win discussions not by the merit of his argument, but rather by the level of his crude language, I again state that I think Mr. Nichols should be required to pay for his own defense.

Anonymous said...

rumor (a very reliable source, me) has it that you are a turd and a moron "to". sorry, i wish i could have spared you that painful truth.

Anonymous said...

Question:

If someone is in bankruptcy, don't all their non-exempt assets belong to the trustee? If you don't have any assets ain't you broke. Ain't broke a lot like indigent. If you're indigent and charged in criminal case that involves potential imprisonment, don't you have a constitutional right to a lawyer. If you ain't got no money (broke) or if all your stuff belongs to the bankruptcy trustee (broke), isn't the court required to provide you with a lawyer?

I must concur in part and desent in part: I am not sure about the "turd" part but you clearly are a moron.

Anonymous said...

I may be a moron, so let me ask a moronic question!

If you declare bankruptcy, and any and all assets are controlled by a trustee, then where do you get the money with which to gamble?

Could that possibly indicate you hid some assets? Or does the trustee give you a gambling allowance?

Anonymous said...

What on this site is not a rumor? Why preface any statement made with the word "rumor"??

Anonymous said...

I encourage everyone to tune into the next city council meeting. I've heard the personnel discussion will be quite interesting.

So what happened that was "quite interesting"?

The more reasonable and least sensational reasoning is that either you or your reliable source is mistaken or a liar (and a moron). It makes no sense that a person in as much trouble as Nichols would risk losing even more of his freedom for the sake of rolling a few dice. Apply some degree of reason and logic.

Anonymous said...

Perhaps if Mr. Nichols had appplied some reasoning and logic to his business dealings he wouldn't be in the spot he currently finds himself! Why should we believe he has now learned to appply reasoning and logic?

Anonymous said...

I don't know any of the parties involved, however, I would think that he has a far better understanding of the law of consequences than he had in the past.

These bloggers appear to have more than a passing curiosity about Nichols and his plight. Perhaps they are victims but I'm guessing that Dr. Rumor is just bitchy. I don't see anyone defending Nichol's conduct, just bickering about terms.

Anonymous said...

Commenters and rumor mongerers are more appropriate than bloggers.

Does stupid really believe the city council members are going to be arrested? Really?

Anonymous said...

it is amazing the number of stupid people in the world (and remember stupid can;t be fixed.)

you call him stupid - he has bested two city attorneys (one that thinks he is sharp enough to be a member of the Supreme Court) and Alexandria's light skinned one.

is it possible the person you referred to as stupid has a larger plan in mind? seems to me he is just utilizing all methods legally available to collect monies owed. Also seems to me that the City Council is getting piss poor legal advise from the light skinned one.

Let me think - a law is enacted requiring governmental entities to provide free access to public records. the city decides to not comply with the appealete court's decision (contempt of court.) so by thinking the governmental agency cannot be sued to collect judgements they don't have to pay. Where are the teeth in law saying they have to provide access?

now if judge Randow decides in the favour oif the individual members of the council (notice the suit is against people not an entity) and his decision is appealed and he is overrulled once again it becomes interesting. now the appealate court realizes alexandria is in contempt of a prior ruling.

Without a penalty why have a law applying to governmental agencies? and your calling whom stupid? as stated stupidity can't be fixed.

Anonymous said...

What is the status of the city"s suit against Heath? Seems like the city starts a bunch of fights they can't finish.

Anonymous said...

Trial is being postponed due to an appeal before the 3rd circuit but the appeal has nothing to do with the City. A realy important decision by Randow is being appealed.

City's hands are clean on this one. No one wants this one to go to court more than I. Depending on the verdict tthings could be more interesting.

Hypothetically speaking have you ever thought that if you a competent lawyer, electrical engineer (intern [wonder how long you can intern]) capable of making big money would you work for the City? Sometimes it is utterly amazing how, seemingly, there are so many incompotent, ambulance chasing lawyers around Alexandria.

I would think people work for one reason - money - and are desirious of maximizing their income. Stop paying most folks and they go home. So all this loyalty, civic duty, etc is bs.

Anonymous said...

WTF, there IS NOT a decision in the Heath case being appealled. Randow ruled in favor of the City of Alexandria in Heath's public records case, but then the Court of Appeal reversed him. That appellate court judgment then was refused to be paid, several months late, by the City Council. Aymond now is requestong the Councilmen be jailed for contempt of court until they do pay it.

Ends of story. Get you facts straubght before you complain.

What is the status of the city"s suit against Heath? Seems like the city starts a bunch of fights they can't finish.

to the asshole that said there is not a decision being appealed in the Heath case you need to get your facts straight. As can be seen above the question was about the City's suit against Heath, not Heath's suit against the City.

There can be (and is) more than one suit between parties. Now you ignorant shit get your facts (or in this case suits straight) instead of running a mouth that is tied to an empty head.

As I said there are some stupid SOB's on this forum and stupid can't be fixed. somebody thinks they know something and just jump up and start running there mouth.

Believe you have just allowed the entire reading public to see the depth of your stupidity.

Anonymous said...

Why call someone stupid when you yourself don't know the difference between "their" and "there"?

Anonymous said...

so no factual response just a spelling police response. excuse me if my fingers get faster than my speller. there or their the facts remain the same - a stupid SOB witout a dog in the fight desires to introduce a posulation of fact with the letters WTF.

now for you uneducated WTF means What the Fuck? So we have an idiot starting a posting with vulgarity and totally erroneous facts and the only response is some silly shit proof reading speeling (sic - know what that means?)

However be it there or their you understood the message. And if you gonna respond state facts not bullshit.

And how do we know that your "facts" are actually facts? Please cite your sources!

I have no idea what the previous poster is writing about. I pointed out a spelling error on a prior post. Now this poster brings up a question about my vocabulary.

I suggest you go back and read the post with "speeling". I am not making a vocabulary error. My bet is that you are the author of the post with the spelling error.

Anonymous said...

you could have put a period after "I have no idea" for spelling police we have many but for posters with wisdom we have few.

can't stand to be corrected you shouldn't post. What the poster was trying to point out is speeling is not a mistake in spelling it is not used properly. that is why it is one of my favorite words. Speeling police always fall far it.

Wow, or, as you say, "Gee". You are not very receptive to others correcting your obviously foolish errors. That, of course, is not in the least surprising. I feel uncomfortable in joining previous posters in calling you a turd but must admit that you are very turd-like.

If you are at all open to suggestion, please attempt to get past the spelling and syntax errors and try to understand what is being expressed. Just try it. And may I also suggest that you increase your ruffage intake.

Hmmm Now that we have a really, REALLY, nasty Supreme Court race going on, I hope this blog springs to life again.

Clark seems to be on the attack, but he's well knows as a "plaintiff's judge" In other words, he opens the bank to all the slip and fall cases.

Anonymous said...

I am voting for Faircloth. Didn't he give some grief to Greg Aymond?

Anonymous said...

No he didn't. Aymond won every case he had against Faircloth.

Anonymous said...

Pity, but I am still voting for Faircloth!

Anonymous said...

"No he didn't. Aymond won every case he had against Faircloth."

Wrong...Faircloth kicked Aymond's ass in every court.

Faircloth resigned from his own lawfirm to become the Governor's Executive Council, and Mark Villiar took over as Pineville's lawyer.

Only then did Aymond see a limited amount of success in the 3rd circuit.

I know both Faircloth and Clark. Clark is a bleeding heart liberal who switched parties to run for this seat. He's nicknamed the "Golden Goose" for two reasons. First, he is as nutty as a fruitcake on the bench making silly and unrelated comments to all parties before him. Second, he has a habit of awarding huge awards to the plaintiff in almost all cases. I remember one case where a man attempted to stop the spinning blade of a gasoline powered edger with his foot. naturally the steel blade cut right through his tennis shoe ans severed two toes. He sued Briggs and Stratten, the company that built the engine. Clark awarded the plaintiff almost $750,000.00
saying the engine was defective because it continued to run onder load....

Clark is a loon.

Anonymous said...

Hey, if Clark doesn't win maybe he could have one of those "judges' shows" on TV.

It should be a laugh-a-minute!

Anonymous said...

The lies run rampant on this blog. Aymond had 3 court cases against Faircloth. Bobby Michaels, in which Faircloth was denying vacation benefits to him, was won before Judge Dexter Ryland. The second was the Pineville e-mail case in which Judge Swent ruled against Aymond. After 2 trips to the 3rd Circuit and one to the Louisiana Supreme Court, which denied writs, Aymond gave up the Swnet suit because the Jonhson lawsuit asked for the exact ssame documents. Faircloth tried that case right before he became the governor's Executive Cousel. After Faircloth left his private firm, Aymond won that case in the Court of Appeals. Aymond was also successful in getting the janitorial service statrted back up by Pineville against Mr. Faircloth. Also, after the City of Pineville would not close the courthouse after mold was found growing in it, Aymond again went up against faircloth and got the court closed and the mold abated. These are the facts. Check the records.

Anonymous said...

Not much of a choice for Supreme Court . One evidently is a loon and the other for sure is an arrogant asshole. Think im going with the loon.

Anonymous said...

Not much choice!
Remember when we had a choice between Edwin Edwards and David Duke? Now that was a real bummer!

Anonymous said...

Well, the Supreme Court said that Judge Clark wasn't doing his job. Now the Supreme Court says Clark is lying about what the Supreme Court said about Clark not doing his job. Why do these politicians think they can conceal the public skeletons in their political closets in the modern age of internet and instant communication? And fatty Aymond thinks this is who we need to elevate to our highest court. What a joke!

Anonymous said...

Everybody knows that this post is Aymond...we all recognize the spin.

Wednesday, September 23, 2009 10:22:00 AM

So I did check the record and can assure everyone that Aymond is a liar, plain and simple.

Case #1 Aymond got his ass beat in FEDERAL court when he tried to argue against Faircloth IN COURT. Later, on appeal, Aymond was successful. Trouble is, in appeals court, verbal arguements are seldom heard. Most cases are decided by submitting a written arguement. Aymond claims success, but the writ was crafted by a different attorney on behalf of Aymond. Result??? Aymond faced Faircloth and got his ass beat.

Case #2. Aymond quit after getting his ass beat a number of times by Faircloth.

Case #3 Aymond got his ass beat by Faircloth. Again Aymond appealed and had another attorney craft the appeals writ. Faircloth however, had already resigned from his own firm to work as Top Dog for Jindal. Faircloth DID NOT handle the appeal.

Nice try at spin Aymond, but we ain't buying it.

You're a liar, a dumbass, and a legal bottom feeder. You're the laughing stock of the Rapides Bar. Respectable attorneys avoid you like the plague.

But....go ahead and endorse Clark. You're just as big a loser in politics as you are in the courtroom. Every one of your candidates goes down in flames. Your political endorsment is the kiss of death. Glad you smacked old Clark.

Anonymous said...

I sure wish Greg Aymond had entered the race for a position on the Louisiana Supreme Court. With Jimmy Faircloth as his opponent we would have been treated to an entertaining campaign.

Anonymous said...

True, and Faircloth whould have the opportunity to kick Aymond's ass AGAIN!

Anonymous said...

Tell us what proof you have that Faircloth kicked Aymond's ass? Give us the case name and number.

You are full of shit.

Anonymous said...

Come now. It really does not matter who kicked who's ass how many times and when. The simple undeniable unrefuted unchallenged fact is that Faircloth is universally respected and Aymond is not well thought of. The merits really don't matter. Why this guy Clark would want somebody with Aymond's reputation and baggage openly endorsing him is beyond me.

Come now Tubby, you know the case numbers yourself. And, as I recall, a previous poster has already taken apart your "spin" and showed when and where Faircloth has bested you.

Seems to me that every time you and Faircloth have met, face to face in a courtroom, he mopped the floor with you.

You, on the other hand, seem to have had some success in the appellate courts where writs, penned by others, were considered with some favor by jurists who didn't have to suffer through your inane ramblings.

Face it Aymond, Faircloth is at home in a courtroom...you are not.
Faircloth is respected...you are not.
Faircloth is considered a great lawyer...you are not.

Consider any human quality, and you fall far short when compared to Jimmy Faircloth.

Faircloth will most likely sit on the Supreme Court of Louisiana while you sit in the dark, pecking away on your keyboard with your grubby, stubby fingers in a vain attempt to have someone...anyone, notice you.

Aymond, you're nothing more than human debris.

Oh this ought to be fun!!!!

Aymond sues Hooper because Hooper calls Aymond Names.

Aymond sues Hooper in PINEVILLE CITY COURT!!! The place that Aymond is always complaining about!

According to Aymond...
1.) Pineville's mayor is incompetent because he's black. (Remember, Aymond is a card toting member of the KKK>

2.) Pineville's chief of staff is unethical because he's a part time sports announcer.

3.) Pineville's City Court Judge is a "...lazy, small time jurist who has only a rudimentart understanding of the law."

This thing is laughable! And the suit is proof that Aymond is just as nutty as Hooper!

All we need now is for both Aymond and Hooper to call our local socialist retard, Lamar, as a witness!

Anonymous said...

You seem to forget that Aymond's former law partner is Pineville Judge Phillip Terrell. Factor that into Aymond's strategy.

Greg Aymond said...

I never said that:

1). Mayor Fields is incompetent because he is Black. I am not a card carrying member of the KKK, and Mayor Fields has problems because he has an unethical liar named Rich Dupree associated with him.

2). Rich Dupree isn't unethical because he is a part time sports announcer. He is unethical because he is a liar and because he has broken Louisiana laws.

3). I did not say anything bad about Judge Phillp Terrell. Phillip is a childhood friend, his aunt is married to my great-uncle, we went to college and law school together, he was my law partner, I was his attorney until 2005 or 2006, and my lawsuit filed by Susan Fiser against Ed Hooper is in his court.

You people who comment on this blog anasnymously and without any supporting facts just do that to keep me from opposing wrongdoers. Haven't you learned yet that, after all of these years of negative comments about me I will not stop?

And just for your information, we won the Pineville Public Records suit, for the second time, today. I wrote the brief in the Third Circuit Court of Appeal except that my friend, Butch Savoie, went fdown to Lake Charles to argue it for me because of my stroke. I didn't get with Butch until last night so that he could go to court with me today because of my speech impediment.

So if anyone reads this blog, besides myself and the one or two comments who constantly lie about me,that is my response and I challenge you to come up with some proof if you dispute that.

The key word here is "former" From what I hear, Terrell ran Aymond off when the IRS discovered some "irregularities" in Aymond's reporting of the firm's income.

Terrell had to borrow money from a private individual to pay the IRS the money that Aymond made off with.

From what I hear, there is no love between the two, Terrell is a fine man and a good judge, however he seems to befriend the worst scoundrels that Cenla has to offer. He has been embarrased by Aymond and Les Prestridge.

Phillip is great guy, he just needs a better class of friends.

Anonymous said...

'From what I hear, Terrell ran Aymond off when the IRS discovered some "irregularities" in Aymond's reporting of the firm's income.'

Aymond never owned the firsm or a partial interest in it. So as an employee, Aymond had nothing to report to the IRS.

Try again liar. HaHa

Anonymous said...

Aymond himself said, "I did not say anything bad about Judge Phillp Terrell. Phillip is a childhood friend,...he was my law partner,...

Hmmm.....since Aymond himself admits to being Terrell's partner I guess that makes you the liar.

Anonymous said...

Say what you will about him but Aymond seems to be on a roll. He says Roy Hebron is a crook and poof he gets indicted. He says that Pineville is breaking the law by hiding emails , he gets his ass whipped by local political judges, appeals and poof, the appeal court reverses and says Aymond is right and the Mayor in Pineville broke the law. He says Myron Lawson and Bridgett Brown acted illegally and poof again, they both are convicted of ethics violations. He evidently has other suits and ethics cases going on that we don't yet know about. He has had several ethics charges made against him with bar association and he wins all of those. I gotta admit he is unorthodox and crude but even those who hate him must privately have to admit, he is on a roll. I am sure glad im not in the A mans sites. For those who are.....history would say that you are in for a world of hurt. Stange dayz

Anonymous said...

I imagine BB is not too happy right now!

Anonymous said...

Why isn't the Mayor of Pineville charged with malfeasance for costing the City of Pineville tens of thousands of $$$ filing these losing suits to keep from complying with the public records law? Can any Citizen sue him personally for that wasted money? Why shouldn't he have to answer for this?

Anonymous said...

How much money was spent by the City of Pineville?

Anonymous said...

Consider this folks:

The Mayor of Pineville was re-elected without opposition during the last regular election cycle. So was the Pineville City Council. Smart money says that this will happen again this next election cycle.

Same thing happened with the Mayor of Ball, although Hebron will likely have opposition from some quarter.

Aymond can pound away all he wants but the bottom line is both these Mayors are still in office and likely to stay there.

So, ask this question...If these guys are as guilty as Aymonds twisted postings say they are; why aren't they in jail instead of being re-elected without opposition?

Anonymous said...

Awwwww C'mon people! Federal Grand Juries????

Since the Feds don't allow opposing council into the Grand Jury Room the famous Sol Wachtler quote is true. Wachtler is a former Chief Justice in the STATE courts of New York.

"...prosecutors have so much control over grand juries that they could convince them to indict a ham sandwich."

Aymond is full of shit because he would lead all of you to believe that an indictment is some sort of indication of guilt. As an attorney he should know better, however, a lawyer of his caliber can barely find the courthouse.

That's why he gets his ass beat whenever he goes to trial. He can only prevail when he cons other attorneys to write his writs for him.

Why are the Jew's such a greedy type of folk? Why are their nose's so big and why do they think they are above everyone else...especially those useless, alcoholic catholics?

Aymond is a shit faced liar. Never, not once, never has he ever bested Faircloth, face to face, in person, in the courtroom.

Aymond wants to take the credit for some appellate success in cases where Faircloth passed the reins to someone else and whare Aymond himself paid another attorney to craft the appellate brief.

Aymond is nothing more than a liar.

Ever think that Aymond has fallen from grace because of his wicked lies about community leaders? Perhaps that's why his ability to speak was taken from him. Devine silence of a sinful toungue.

Anonymous said...

Maybe Faircloth will as soon as we get a Supreme Court seat for just this area. It is in statewide elections that he has problems.

Anonymous said...

The Faircloth/Clark race was a classic example of politics interfering with justice.
The Supreme Court is a place for legal scholars because the justices there review the rulings of lower court judges. Because of this, Supreme Court justices should be the best legal brains we can find. Judge Clary is a lightweight compared to Faircloth, however, Judge Clark out poly-ticked old Jimmy.

In this case, for this job, the best man lost. For that reason, justice in Louisiana, has suffered.

Another tribute to stupid voters….
