One Week Left ...

Sorry citizens, I was out of town for the past week. Although I have yet to peruse your vast comments, I have been told that there is an interest into the ownership of this blog. So I have decided to drop a few hints. I am a tall individual of small stature, I am a heavy light weight with light dark hair. I am a Democrat with severe conservative views and a Republican with liberal views. I am plainly who I am ... in short I am you.

....Five and one quarter, Five and one half ...

There have been many times where I have pondered shutting down this blog. Each time I have asked friends about doing so they have asked me not to do so, "it has merit" is the usual response. I have watched, ney ... allowed ... personal friends to be maligned by bloggers on this site. I know the intricities of the truth, while others presume to know. I find it disappointing that untruths are posted here. It is unfortunately the nature of the beast. My grandfather would tell me time and again ... "it is better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are stupid than open it and prove it". What a wise man my grandfather was ....

With time creeping up and a nasty primary behind us, one would presume that things will only get nastier.

Ahh, politics ... left out sentences, presumptions of guilt, need I go on? Such is Louisiana politics. We've taught everyone else this speciality.

The question is which party will bring the biggest gun to this knife fight?
